Cancellation of Reservation

1. If you have not paid your tuition in advance and have not received your Letter of Acceptance (=Visa Letter), you may cancel your reservation free of charge.
2. If you paid your tuition in advance to obtain a Letter of Acceptance (=Visa Letter), and you request a cancellation after receiving your Letter of Acceptance (=Visa Letter), you must have a proof document with the official reason for visa rejection from the Embassy of Spain to cancel or refund it. This is to prevent the purpose of obtaining a visa only.
3. If the official documentation from the Embassy of Spain is available, all others are refundable except for some administrative expenses.
